Telecaller

Job Purpose

To connect with ITI students through phone calls, inform them about available job opportunities, understand their career interests, and guide eligible candidates through the placement process.

Key Responsibilities

- Call ITI students and explain available job opportunities and vacancies.
- Understand students’ trade, skills, experience, location preference, and job interests.
- Explain job details such as company, job role, salary, location, working hours, and requirements.
- Collect and update candidate information, resumes, and required documents.
- Follow up with interested candidates and keep them updated about interviews and selection processes.
- Coordinate with the placement/recruitment team for interviews, demos, and joining.
- Maintain daily records of calls, interested candidates, follow-ups, and placements.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and candidate conversion targets.
- Build a positive relationship with candidates and provide proper guidance throughout the placement process.





Required Skills

- Good Hindi communication skills; basic English preferred.
- Confident and polite telephone communication.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain candidate records properly.
- Target-oriented and enthusiastic.
- Previous telecalling/recruitment experience will be an advantage.

Eligibility

- Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate / Any relevant qualification.
- Experience: Telecalling or recruitment experience preferred.
- Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
