Job Description:
Assist the Senior Sales Engineer in handling customer enquiries, preparing techno-commercial quotations, and coordinating with design and production teams. Follow up with clients for approvals and support in converting enquiries into orders. Maintain enquiry records and ensure timely communication with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and track sales enquiries
- Prepare quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, dispatch)
- Follow up with clients for order closure
- Support order processing and documentation
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of HVAC / fans / industrial products, positive communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong follow-up ability.
