We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer / Performance Marketer to join our team and manage, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and a proven understanding of performance marketing, campaign optimization, lead generation, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Manage campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for multiple clients.
- Develop audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike, and remarketing strategies.
- Monitor key performance metrics including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
- Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability and performance.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and campaign structures.
- Work closely with the creative and content team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
- Identify campaign issues and implement corrective strategies.
- Stay updated with Meta Ads platform changes, policies, tracking solutions, and performance marketing trends.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience handling lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns.




- Strong understanding of campaign structures, bidding, audience targeting, retargeting, and scaling.
- Good knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), Events Manager, and tracking.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience managing significant monthly ad budgets and demonstrating measurable results will be preferred.

Experience with Google Ads, Shopify/e-commerce, landing page optimization, CRM integrations, and other performance marketing platforms will be an added advantage.
