About the Role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller – Sales to connect with potential customers, explain our products/services, generate leads, and convert interested prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and comfortable with outbound calling.
- Basic knowledge of sales is preferred.
