About the Role

JSB Stonex is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to lead business development and expand our presence in the Mumbai, Maharashtra. market.

The ideal candidate should have a strong network among architects, interior designers, builders, developers, contractors and premium residential/commercial clients.

Experience in marble, natural stone, tiles, sanitaryware, luxury interiors, building materials or real estate will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and expand JSB Stonex's business in Mumbai, Maharashtra. and surrounding markets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers.

Identify upcoming luxury residential, villa, commercial, hospitality and retail projects.

Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

Conduct regular meetings with architects, designers, developers and project owners.

Visit project sites and understand client/product requirements.

Present JSB Stonex's premium marble and natural-stone collections.

Prepare quotations and manage follow-ups through order closure.

Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

Maintain a strong project and customer pipeline.

Monitor market trends, competitors and pricing.

Achieve agreed monthly and annual sales targets.

Submit regular sales, visit and pipeline reports.

Coordinate with the internal team regarding product availability, pricing, samples and dispatch.

Candidate Profile

3–8+ years of relevant Business Development / Sales experience.

Strong existing network in the Mumbai, Maharashtra. construction, architecture and interior-design market preferred.

Experience in premium marble, natural stone, tiles, interiors, sanitaryware, building materials or real estate is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong relationship-building and networking ability.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Self-motivated, professional and highly target-oriented.

Willing to travel extensively for client and project meetings.

Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and WhatsApp.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Fluency in English and Hindi required.

Salary & Incentives

₹70,000 per month and above + attractive performance incentives

Salary will be decided based on the candidate's experience, industry knowledge, existing client network and proven business-development performance.

Experienced candidates with a strong network and proven sales record can expect a higher compensation package.
