About the Role

Star IUI & IVF Consultancy is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Marketing Executive to help us expand our reach, generate patient leads, build partnerships, and promote our fertility consultation services.

This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in marketing, sales, digital marketing, healthcare, and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate potential patient leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Conduct local/field marketing activities to increase awareness of our fertility consultation services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Manage and promote the company's presence on social media platforms.
- Create and coordinate basic promotional content for social media and digital campaigns.
- Identify and approach hospitals, doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other relevant businesses for partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referral partners.
- Explain our consultancy services to prospective clients and guide them toward the appropriate consultation process.
- Maintain lead records and regularly update follow-up status.
- Work toward achieving monthly lead-generation and marketing targets.




- Monitor competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Comfortable speaking with new people and making follow-up calls.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Good convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Candidates with a sales, marketing, healthcare, or business-development mindset will be preferred.
