About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Manager to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure projects are completed with high-quality workmanship, within schedule, and as per approved drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily site activities from start to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure execution is strictly as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting, flooring, and other interior works.
- Manage and coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within scheduled timelines.
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at every stage.
- Take site measurements and verify quantities as required.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage at site.
- Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with the design team for technical clarifications.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress updates, material records, and labour details.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure proper finishing and detailing.
- Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and discipline.
- Minimize material wastage and monitor site resources effectively.
- Attend client/site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and ensure smooth workflow between trades.

Requirements

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture,



Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years of experience in construction/interior project execution.
- Robust knowledge of residential and commercial interior execution.
- Excellent understanding of civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, and ceiling works.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, structural, electrical, and MEP drawings.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, finishes, and installation methods.
- Experience in contractor and labour management.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and site coordination.
- Good knowledge of measurements, BOQ, material estimation, and quantity verification.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills

- Experience handling high-end residential/interior projects.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and basic project management tools.
- Experience coordinating multiple subcontractors and vendors.
- Strong negotiation and vendor-management skills.
- Ability to independently manage a site from start to handover.
