We are looking for a Sales Manager to handle sales growth, customer follow-up, lead generation, quotation follow-up and order closing for our office automation sales and service business.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business from relevent customer segments.
- Understand customer need and their product/service requirements.
- Handle leads, quotations, follow-ups and order closing.
- Manage existing customers and improve repeat business.
- Follow up for pending quotations, orders and payments.
- Maintain daily sales report and monthly sales achievement report.
- Guide and support sales executives, if required.
- Able to handle team and intrested in accepting leadership.
Requirements:
- B2B field sales experience required.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and follow-up focused.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
- Candidates from Puducherry, Cuddalore, Villupuram and nearby areas preferred.
