AI/ML Engineer (Agentic AI Focus)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Agentic AI Engineer with strong expertise in Python, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and cloud platforms to design and build production-ready autonomous AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop autonomous AI agents for planning, reasoning, decision-making, and task orchestration.

- Build multi-agent and tool-augmented systems using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or CrewAI.

- Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, and open-source LLMs.

- Implement RAG, vector databases, embeddings, memory, and context-management solutions.

- Develop agent planning, re-planning, self-correction, guardrails, and failure-recovery mechanisms.

- Build secure integrations with enterprise APIs, databases, CRM/ERP systems, and SaaS platforms.

- Deploy and monitor AI agents using Docker, Kubernetes, Azure/AWS/GCP, and modern MLOps/AgentOps practices.

- Implement evaluation frameworks covering accuracy, reliability, latency, cost, safety, and hallucination detection.

- Ensure secure tool execution, prompt-injection protection, data privacy,



and responsible AI practices.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of software/AI engineering experience

- Expert-level Python

- Strong knowledge of async programming, concurrency, and orchestration

- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI and LLM applications

- Experience with LangGraph/LangChain or similar agent frameworks

- Strong understanding of RAG, vector databases, embeddings, and AI memory

- Experience with prompt engineering, function calling, and tool use

- Knowledge of LLM evaluation, observability, and AgentOps

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL, APIs, and enterprise integrations

- Robust experience with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP

- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes is preferred

Pay: Up to ₹140,000.00 per year
