Job Summary

Elevated IQ Academy is looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Lead to drive our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Plan and execute SEO, SEM, Local SEO, and social media marketing initiatives.
- Create and manage content marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and user engagement using analytics tools.
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams for campaign execution.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.




- 7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance marketing.
- Hands-on knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and marketing automation.
- Solid analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong content marketing and video marketing knowledge.
- Experience with CRM marketing and customer retention strategies.
- Ability to manage promotional and seasonal campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.
- Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar certifications are an added advantage.
