Role Summary

● The Returns Executive is responsible for efficiently managing product return operations,

ensuring timely processing of reverse pickups, refunds, and claims. This role ensures

accuracy in stock records and supports smooth coordination between customers,

marketplaces, and internal teams.

5. Key Responsibilities (Bulleted list)

● Manage reverse pickup requests through the Returns Prime/Pragma platform; verify

returned products and issue store credits promptly.

● Check and respond to all marketplace email communications daily; handle return

queries and escalate issues when required.

● Process returns requests from the website and marketplace portals, product conditions,

and reasons for return.

● File Seller Protection Fund (SPF) claims for lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments;

prepare documentation and track claim status.

● Follow up on SPF claim approvals and coordinate with marketplace representatives to

resolve disputes or delays.

● Coordinate re-shipment orders with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely

replacements.

● Collaborate with the customer support team to schedule pickups for returns and

exchanges; provide regular status updates.

● Maintain data entry and stock records of all returned items in the Unicommerce system

and Returns Sheet.

● Handle extra or unexpected products by logging them manually and updating inventory





records accordingly.

Success Metrics / KPIs

● Turnaround time for return processing and store credit issuance

● Accuracy of return records and stock updates

● Claim approval rate for SPF submissions

● Reduction in return-related escalations

Must-Have Qualifications

● Good Knowledge in Computer Management (Advance Excel, Pivot).

● Minimum 2–3 years of experience in returns handling & operations

● Familiarity with online marketplaces (Tata Cliq, Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, Myntra etc.)
