Job Summary:
Purple Media Marketing is looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to support its Recruitment & HR Operations. The role involves managing recruitment and onboarding, monitoring employees’ daily work targets and outputs, maintaining employee records and HR data, coordinating payroll, salary, attendance and leave, assisting with statutory compliances, preparing HR MIS and documentation, and handling employee queries and other HR activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Handle recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor employees’ daily work targets and outputs.
- Maintain employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate payroll, salary, attendance and leave.Assist with PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other compliances.
- Prepare HR MIS, reports and documentation.
- Handle employee queries and other HR activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR experience.




- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills.
