About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – IT Partner Governance (Immediate Joiner) to manage and govern relationships with IT partners and vendors. The role will be responsible for ensuring service quality, contractual and commercial compliance, SLA adherence, performance monitoring, risk management, and effective governance across the partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT Partner Governance, Vendor Management, or Managed Services, along with excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and govern IT partner relationships, ensuring adherence to partner agreements, SLAs, contractual terms, and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure contractual and commercial obligations are fulfilled and partnerships are appropriately designed, managed, and governed.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and service quality parameters.
- Prepare and maintain monthly performance reports, management information, and governance dashboards.
- Conduct periodic partner governance reviews and track actionable items through to closure.




- Support the establishment and onboarding of recent partner contracts and engagements.
- Identify areas for process and service improvement and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
- Identify and highlight partner-related risks that may translate into organizational risks.
- Support internal and external audits and monitor timely closure of audit observations.
- Coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders in a matrix management environment.
- Foster strong partnerships built on trust, transparency, inclusiveness, and open communication.
- Facilitate constructive resolution of conflicts and differences of opinion among stakeholders and partners.

Key Requirements

Education:

- BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

- 3–4 years of relevant experience in:
- IT Partner Governance
- IT Vendor Management
- Managed Services
- Partner/Service Provider Management

Technical Skills:

- Strong understanding of IT governance, vendor management, SLA/KPI management, contracts, and service performance management.
- Experience in partner performance reviews and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance management.
- ITIL or COBIT certification is preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
