Job Role: F&B; Trainer – Food & Beverage Service

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled F&B; Trainer to deliver practical and theoretical training in Food & Beverage Service. The candidate will be responsible for developing students' technical, hospitality, customer-service, and workplace skills and preparing them for employment in hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, and related sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver theoretical and practical training in Food & Beverage Service.
- Train students on restaurant operations, table setup, service techniques, and guest handling.
- Demonstrate different food and beverage service methods and procedures.
- Provide training on menu knowledge, order taking, billing, and customer service.
- Train students in skilled etiquette, grooming, hygiene, and workplace discipline.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, assessments, and skill evaluations.
- Maintain attendance, assessment records, and training-related MIS.
- Support students in developing employability and communication skills.




- Coordinate with the placement team for industry exposure, internships, and employment opportunities.
- Ensure training is delivered as per the prescribed curriculum, standards, and project requirements.

Preferred Qualification & Experience

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management or a relevant discipline.
- Relevant experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Hospitality, or F&B; Operations.
- Prior experience as an F&B; Trainer/Faculty will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
