Now, we’re expanding our growth team in Kochi and looking for a Performance Marketer who can turn data into direction and creativity into conversion

What You’ll Do

- Architect and execute paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn that don’t just perform — they scale.
- Continuously test, measure, and optimize performance to maximize ROI and impact.
- Work closely with product, design,



and content teams to create integrated, story-driven growth funnels.
- Translate analytics into actionable insights — not just reports.
- Keep a pulse on emerging trends but prioritize outcomes over vanity metrics.

What You Bring

- Proven experience in performance marketing, PPC, and social media ads.
- A strong analytical mind , you love testing hypotheses and finding what truly works.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword strategy, and marketing automation tools.
- Clear communication and an eye for creativity you know how to make numbers talk.
- A mindset that blends strategy, speed, and substance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or any field that taught you how to think.
