Tech Lead – AI-First Full Stack Engineer / Vibe Coder

Overview

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Tech Lead / Vibe Coder with strong expertise in:

AWS Serverless

Node.js / TypeScript

React / React Native

AI-assisted software engineering

This role requires someone who can work directly with stakeholders, architect scalable systems, rapidly solve complex requirements, and independently deliver solutions using modern AI-driven workflows.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4 years) or higher in Computer Science or related field.

4+ years of progressive full stack development experience with strong Node.js backend expertise.

Bangalore domicile preferred.

Key Expectations
AI-First Engineering

- Daily hands-on usage of AI tools for coding, planning, debugging, architecture, testing, documentation, and delivery.
- Strong exposure to AI-assisted development workflows, coding copilots, agents, and automation tools.
- Good understanding of AI agentic architecture, orchestration concepts, and modern AI engineering ecosystems.
- Ability and willingness to independently build and deliver solutions using AI-enhanced workflows.

Technical Leadership

- Work directly with stakeholders, product teams,



and clients to refine and execute requirements.
- Lead architecture discussions, solutioning, estimations, and delivery planning.
- Strong ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end delivery.

Engineering & Delivery

- Design and build scalable, fault-tolerant web and mobile applications.
- Solid expertise in AWS serverless architecture and Node.js ecosystems.
- Experience with frameworks such as ExpressJS, NestJS, NextJS, etc.
- Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, deployment workflows, and cloud infrastructure.
- Experience deploying and maintaining apps on AWS, Google Play Store, and Apple App Store.
- Solid analytical, research, and problem-solving skills for handling challenging requirements.
- Strict adherence to delivery timelines with strong planning and execution discipline.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,100,000.00 per year
