Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Land Surveyor for our real estate project who is proficient in operating Total Station and capable of carrying out site surveying, setting-out, measurements, and maintaining accurate survey records.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct land and site surveys using Total Station and other surveying equipment.
- Carry out setting-out and marking of building lines, grids, levels, roads, foundations, and other project works.
- Take accurate measurements and prepare/maintain survey records and site data.
- Verify coordinates, levels, dimensions, and alignment as per approved drawings.
- Coordinate with the Project, Civil and Site Engineering teams for survey and setting-out requirements.
- Check actual site conditions against drawings and report discrepancies to the concerned engineer.
- Monitor and verify construction work for correct levels, alignment,



and positioning.
- Maintain survey instruments and ensure their proper calibration and working condition.
- Prepare daily survey reports and maintain necessary documentation.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with Total Station is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of land surveying, leveling, coordinates, and setting-out techniques.
- Ability to read and understand civil/construction drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and survey-related software will be an advantage.
- Valuable accuracy, attention to detail, and site coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at construction/project sites.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in real estate, residential, township, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
- Candidates who can independently handle Total Station surveying and site setting-out activities will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
