Key Responsibilities

1. Teaching & Learning

- Plan and deliver age-appropriate Science lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Explain scientific concepts using simple, transparent and practical examples.
- Use teaching aids, experiments, activities, demonstrations and technology to make lessons engaging.
- Encourage students to ask questions, observe, explore and think critically.
- Adapt teaching methods according to students' different learning abilities.

2. Lesson Planning

- Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans and teaching resources.
- Follow the academic calendar and prescribed curriculum.
- Integrate activities, projects and experiments into Science lessons.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus.

3. Assessment & Evaluation

- Conduct class tests, worksheets, quizzes, projects and other assessments.
- Evaluate students' performance and maintain accurate academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Identify students who require additional academic support.

4. Classroom Management

- Maintain discipline and a positive classroom environment.
- Promote participation, teamwork and respectful behaviour.




- Ensure the safety of students during experiments and practical activities.
- Encourage good habits related to health, hygiene and the environment.

5. Student Development

- Develop scientific curiosity, observation skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Encourage students to participate in Science-related activities and competitions.
- Support students in developing communication and presentation skills.
- Provide additional guidance to students when required.

6. Parent & School Coordination

- Communicate students' academic progress and areas for improvement to parents.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events.
- Coordinate with other teachers and the academic team.
- Participate in school assemblies, exhibitions, workshops and extracurricular activities
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Science / Education or a related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification is preferred.
- Primary teaching certification, where applicable

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
