Job Description:

We are seeking a confident and dynamic Business Development Executive (BDE) to manage doctor engagement activities, including post-seminar follow-ups and VIP doctor visits. The role requires robust interpersonal skills, professional presence, and the ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-person visits to doctors after seminars for follow-ups and relationship building.
- Personally invite doctors, including VIP doctors, for upcoming events, seminars, and collaborations.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support seminar/event execution when required.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-ups with doctors.
- Maintain records of visits, feedback, and engagement activities.
- Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and confidence.

Key Requirements

- Respond promptly to WhatsApp inquiries.




- Understand customer health goals and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage.
- Convince customers to purchase monthly or long-term subscriptions.
- Handle customer objections professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers until the sale is closed.
- Cross-sell and upsell complementary products.
- Process orders and coordinate with the dispatch team.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Provide post-purchase support to encourage repeat purchases.

Qualification:

- Graduate in any field (preferred: Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences).
