Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor multiple optical stores within the assigned area.
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate store teams.
- Monitor store performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure excellent customer service and store standards.
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and daily operations.
- Implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Coordinate with the General Manager and support overall business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Optical/Retail management.
- Optical industry background is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with solid business and sales knowledge.
- Willingness to travel between assigned stores.
