About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media design, branding, layouts, and visual storytelling, along with basic video editing skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative and engaging LinkedIn and social media posts.
- Create visual content for company blogs and blog promotions.
- Design graphics for company service pages and service-related campaigns.
- Develop branded creatives aligned with the company's visual identity.
- Create promotional, informational, and employee-engagement creatives.
- Handle minor video editing, including trimming, transitions, text overlays, subtitles, and basic animations.
- Adapt designs into different formats and dimensions for various platforms.
- Work with the marketing/content team to convert ideas and written content into visually appealing creatives.
- Maintain consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, logos, and overall brand identity.




- Stay updated with current social media design trends and creative formats.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Solid proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Good understanding of social media content and visual communication.
- Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and layout.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- A portfolio showcasing social media, branding, and digital creatives is preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
