- Operate and monitor the Thermic Fluid Heater (TFH) and associated equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain proper operating parameters such as thermic fluid temperature, pressure, flow, and furnace temperature.
- Ensure timely start-up, shutdown, and smooth operation of the TFH system.
- Monitor fuel feeding and maintain proper combustion and heating conditions.
- Monitor thermic fluid circulation and ensure adequate flow through the system.
- Conduct routine inspection of the heater, circulation pump, expansion tank, valves, pipelines, burners, gauges, and other associated equipment.
- Check for thermic fluid leakage, abnormal noise, overheating, or other equipment abnormalities.
- Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping of the TFH system and surrounding area.




- Maintain proper thermic fluid level and monitor fluid condition as per SOP requirements.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and statutory requirements during operation and maintenance.
- Immediately report equipment malfunction, leakage, abnormal temperature/pressure, or any safety hazard to the supervisor.
- Maintain daily TFH operating records, including temperature, pressure, fuel consumption, operating hours, and other relevant parameters.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the TFH and utility area.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
