About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Operations Intern/Trainee to manage internal and external stakeholder communication, coordinate with vendors, and support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with strong negotiation skills and the ability to multitask across client, vendor, and internal coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal and external client conversations professionally and effectively
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors for product/service requirements
- Coordinate with stationery and other admin-related vendors for procurement and supplies
- Support day-to-day administrative and office management tasks
- Maintain vendor records, follow-ups, and documentation related to procurement
- Assist in resolving vendor/client queries and escalations in a timely manner
- Support smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure timely follow-ups on pending vendor deliveries, invoices,
and requirements
- Assist with general office administration and management tasks as needed
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle vendor/client conversations confidently
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite
- Prior experience in admin, operations, or vendor coordination is a plus (not mandatory)
