HEAD CHEF Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and update menus in line with customer preferences and business objectives.

*Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff to ensure high performance.*

Prepare and oversee the preparation of food to maintain quality, consistency, and presentation standards.

* Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.

* Monitor food stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory efficiently. *

Control food costs, minimize waste, and maintain budget targets. * Schedule staff shifts and ensure adequate kitchen coverage. * Inspect food quality, storage, and kitchen cleanliness regularly. * Collaborate with management on promotions, seasonal menus, and special events.

* Resolve kitchen-related issues promptly and maintain a positive working environment.

**Qualifications and Skills:*

* * Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef. *

Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training is preferred.

* Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.





* Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

* Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.

* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational, budgeting, and inventory management skills.

* Creativity and passion for delivering high-quality cuisine.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
