We are looking for an enthusiastic Robotics Trainer who can conduct engaging, hands-on robotics workshops for school students and provide ongoing technical and academic support to our partner schools.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with children, be comfortable building and troubleshooting robotics projects, and be able to explain technical concepts in a simple and engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct robotics and STEM workshops for school students across different age groups.
- Deliver hands-on sessions using robotics kits, sensors, motors, electronics, and other learning resources provided by Sarasya Skills.
- Explain robotics and technology concepts in a simple, practical, and age-appropriate manner.
- Guide students in building, programming, testing, and troubleshooting robotics projects.
- Conduct demonstrations, activities, challenges, and project-based learning sessions.
- Support schools in implementing Sarasya Skills' robotics and STEM programs.
- Provide technical support to teachers and school coordinators wherever required.
- Ensure robotics kits and resources are used correctly, maintained properly, and safely.
- Help students participate in robotics competitions, exhibitions, hackathons, and project showcases.
- Document workshop activities, student participation, projects, and feedback.
- Identify student learning gaps and provide appropriate guidance and support.
- Coordinate with the Sarasya Skills curriculum and operations teams to improve workshop delivery.
- Travel to partner schools for workshops and training sessions as required.

Required Skills

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Robotics, Electronics, Arduino/microcontrollers, sensors, motors, and programming.




- Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to school students in an easy-to-understand way.
- Comfortable conducting interactive, hands-on workshops.
- Patience and enthusiasm for working with children.
- Solid problem-solving and practical thinking abilities.
- Willingness to travel to schools for training and workshops.

Good to Have

- Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32, Scratch, Python, C/C++, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with school students or conducting educational workshops.
- Knowledge of AI, IoT, 3D printing, coding, or STEM education.
- Prior experience in robotics competitions or project-based learning.
- Degree/diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, Computer Science, STEM Education, or a related field.
