Role Overview

We are looking for a Research & Sourcing Executive to support our Sales and Share Sourcing team.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to research, identify and provide relevant data and leads to the Sales team for calling and business development.

You will research companies, shareholders, investors, founders, HNIs, family offices and other relevant prospects, collect accurate contact information, maintain databases and continuously build a strong pipeline of potential opportunities.

This is a research + sales support role and is ideal for someone who enjoys internet research, finding information, working with data and using AI-powered tools to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential shareholders, investors, founders, HNIs, family offices and potential sellers.
- Find relevant companies and identify their shareholders, investors and key decision-makers.
- Provide accurate and actionable lead data to the Sales team for calling and follow-ups.

- Designation
- Email ID
- Phone Number
- Investment / Shareholding Information
- Company Details
- Source of Information
- Other relevant prospect information
- Conduct detailed research through LinkedIn, company websites, databases, search engines and other online platforms.




- Use AI and automation tools such as Kolo AI, SuperAGI and similar platforms for research, data extraction and lead generation.
- Build, maintain and regularly update prospect databases.
- Verify and clean existing data to ensure accuracy.
- Identify potential shareholders who may be interested in selling or creating liquidity in their unlisted/pre-IPO shares.
- Prepare daily/weekly lead lists for the Sales team.
- Support the Sales team by providing relevant background information before calls.
- Maintain records of leads, calling status, responses and follow-ups in Excel/Google Sheets/CRM.
- Assist in preparing targeted email lists and email outreach campaigns.
- Research recent companies and sectors to identify potential sourcing opportunities.
- Continuously explore new tools, databases and research methods to improve the sourcing process.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team and understand their requirements for better-quality leads.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in research, lead generation, sales support, data mining, business research, sourcing or a similar role.
- Strong internet research and data-mining skills.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn and online research techniques.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to find and verify contact information from multiple sources.
- Comfortable working with large amounts of data and maintaining accurate databases.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools and automation platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to understand the Sales team's requirements and provide relevant data for calling.
- Basic understanding of finance, startups, investments, unlisted shares or capital markets will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
