Required Technical Skills

J2EE, Spring, Hibernate based application architecture.

RDBMS, SQL, Data Modelling.

Experience developing high concurrency, high performance applications that are database-intensive and have interactive, browser-based clients.

Understanding of web-based SOA architecture implementation experience is helpful.

On-demand or SaaS experience is a plus.

Proficient with UML and Design Patterns

Good understanding of BigData, Hadoop, MapReduce

Good understanding of RIA/Ajax frameworks

Good to Have: jaxb, castor, spring-ws, spring-security, annotations, jms, open source, SOA, SaaS

Required Business Skills

Familiarity with Agile

Education and Experience

BE / MS (Computer Sc./ Communication / Electrical).

12+ yrs of industry experience

7+ yrs of architecture, design experience
