We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant & Logistics Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally Prime, strong accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage logistics operations efficiently. Experience in India and/or UAE accounting will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting
* Handle day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime.
* Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
* Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
* Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and journal entries.
* Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare MIS reports.
* Support financial reporting and documentation.
Logistics
* Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and customers for shipments.
* Prepare and maintain shipping, dispatch, and logistics documentation.
* Track shipments and ensure timely deliveries.
* Coordinate with warehouses and monitor inventory movement.
* Resolve logistics-related issues and maintain dispatch records.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
* Tally Prime experience is mandatory.
* Experience in India and/or UAE accounting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
* Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
