Job Description

Purpose of the role:

- Execution of activities for Composites parts as per the Daily plan assigned

- 100% adherence to standard operating procedures to deliver Composites parts with zero defects

- Effective utilization of resources

Role Description:

- Execute daily work load assigned by Supervisors & Engineers

- Adhering the Cycle time for all production parts

- Following & Maintaining the TQM and 5S in Composites shop.

- Optimum utilization of resources like (Material, Machine)

- Manufacturing the FAI, Production parts output with 100% Quality

- Following the Route card & Process document executing the activities per process AOP's

- Guide the fresh technicians on job training to improve their skill level.

- Ensure the machine is working to the required level to meet the targets
