Job Summary

Digital Happiness Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and motivatedHR Intern to join our team in Mohali. This internship is a great opportunity for students or freshers looking to gain practical experience in Human Resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including candidate sourcing and screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Maintain and update attendance, leave, and other HR-related records.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
- Assist with other HR tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Freshers and candidates looking for practical HR experience are encouraged to apply.
