Key Responsibilities

- Lead account identification, territory mapping, customer profiling, and account prioritization across target industries.
- Conduct customer, market, and competitor research to generate actionable business intelligence.
- Utilize tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Hoovers, Forrester, and eSpatial to gather and analyze market data.
- Develop and maintain market intelligence reports, dashboards, and insights to support sales and industry strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to business stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team while driving performance and collaboration.
- Ensure customer and market data is maintained accurately and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Support strategic initiatives by identifying growth opportunities and emerging market trends.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics,



or related field; MBA preferred .
- 7+ years of experience in market intelligence, sales operations, business development, or a related field.
- Prior people management experience preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong expertise in CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce .
- Advanced analytical, research, and data interpretation skills.
- Robust understanding of account planning, sales processes, and market intelligence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
