About the Role:

Astrotel is looking for a creative, energetic and social media savvy Content Creator & Social Media Executive who can create engaging and trend driven content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends and should be comfortable creating Reels, short form videos, educational and knowledge based videos, promotional content, graphics and images. This is a hands on creative role for someone who can take an idea from concept to final published content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging Reels, short form videos and social media content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts and content ideas for different platforms
- Shoot and edit videos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms
- Create educational, informative, promotional and trend based videos
- Edit videos with appropriate cuts, transitions, captions, music, effects and graphics Design social media creatives, posts, banners, thumbnails and other visual content
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Reels formats, memes, audio trends and content styles
- Identify trending topics and convert them into relevant content ideas for the brand
- Manage and maintain a regular social media content calendar
- Write engaging captions, hooks and basic social media copy
- Monitor content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotional content
- Ensure that all content is aligned with the company's brand identity and communication style





Required Skills:

- Solid knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other major social media platforms
- Excellent understanding of current social media trends and audience behaviour
- Proven experience in creating engaging Reels and short form videos
- Good video editing skills Good knowledge of graphic and image designing
- Ability to create visually attractive and engaging social media content
- Basic knowledge of photography and video shooting will be an advantage
- Creative thinking and strong sense of visual presentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats and trends

Preferred Tools:

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut or similar video editing and design tools will be preferred.
