The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level positions and partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, and other recruitment platforms.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide market insights.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within ATS and CRM systems.
Desired Qualifications:
- 3–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably handling mid to senior-level hiring.
- Solid sourcing and talent-mapping capabilities.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
