Project + Maintenance Executive (Restaurants)

Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai

- End-to-end project execution for new outlets
- Coordinate civil, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen works
- Equipment procurement, installation and commissioning
- Ensure power, water, drainage and utility readiness
- Vendor, contractor and project cost management
- Snag closure and timely outlet handover
- Preventive maintenance and breakdown management

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month

- 50% (Required)
