About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Content Writer to create clear, accurate, and engaging technical content for our learners. The ideal candidate should have solid writing skills, a good understanding of technology concepts, and the ability to simplify complex topics for students and professionals.

You will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, curriculum teams, and product teams to develop high-quality learning content across multiple formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, write, and edit technical educational content on topics such as programming, software development, cloud computing, databases, data science, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Convert complex technical concepts into simple, learner-friendly explanations.
- Create course content, tutorials, technical articles, learning modules, coding exercises, assessments, quizzes, and project documentation.
- Develop step-by-step guides, examples, use cases, and practical explanations to improve learner understanding.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to validate technical accuracy.
- Review and update existing content based on technology changes, learner feedback, and curriculum requirements.
- Follow content guidelines,



style guides, SEO best practices, and editorial standards.
- Ensure content is technically accurate, grammatically correct, original, and easy to understand.
- Work with instructional designers to structure content according to learning objectives and learner needs.
- Conduct competitor and industry research to identify relevant and trending technical topics.
- Use AI-assisted writing and research tools responsibly while ensuring factual accuracy and originality.
- Manage multiple content assignments and deliver them within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical writing, educational content writing, instructional content, or a related role.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of software and technology concepts.
- Ability to explain technical topics in a easy and engaging manner.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
