Job Title: MEAN Stack Tech Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a MEAN Stack Tech Lead with 7-9 years of experience, including at least 5 years working with MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MQTT protocols, with expertise in leading development teams to build scalable, robust, and performant applications. In addition to leading the team, the tech lead might also need to directly develop complex modules as required. This role is based in Ahmedabad and will involve close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of full-stack developers, ensuring high-quality development using the MEAN stack.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that align with business goals.
- Oversee database design and optimization using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL for different application needs.
- Implement messaging protocols, especially MQTT, for real-time data processing and communication.
- Develop complex modules as needed, alongside the team, to address challenging technical requirements.
- Manage the full SDLC from concept to deployment, maintaining focus on both front-end and back-end development.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth, automated deployments.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of applications, conducting performance optimizations as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in MEAN stack and cloud technologies.




- Collaborate on designing and integrating microservices and cloud-based services, especially on AWS.
- Perform code reviews, guide developers, and ensure adherence to development best practices.

Requirements:

- 7-9 years of experience in full-stack development, with a minimum of 5 years in MEAN stack development.
- Expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience with MQTT protocols for real-time communication and data processing.
- Proficient in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud services for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Experience deploying applications using Docker and managing them on cloud infrastructure.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and real-time data handling.
- Proven experience in database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and grow a development team.
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Nice to Have:

- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern Angular frameworks.
- Familiarity with GraphQL, WebSockets, and related technologies.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Chef.
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (e.g., Recent Relic, Prometheus) and logging systems (e.g., ELK stack).
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Chai).

Location:

Ahmedabad, India. The role may require occasional travel for client interactions or project discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
