Job Title: Relationship Manager
Location: Hyderabad
Type: WFO, Full time (6 days/week, Australian shift—7 AM to 4 PM)
Goal: Own end-to-end customer relationships for international clients, driving retention, renewals, and upselling.

Key Responsibilities:
Single point of contact for assigned customers
Manage onboarding, engagement, and retention
Drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
Resolve escalations and maintain CRM records

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
1+ – 4 years of experience in an EdTech firm

Key Skills:
International customer handling
Relationship management
CRM tools (Zoho)
Strong communication & problem-solving
