- Customer Sourcing & Acquisition: Identifying potential customers and Joint Liability Groups, conducting feasibility studies, verifying residence and business information (KYC).
- Loan Processing & Disbursement: Assisting clients with the application process, ensuring all documentation is collected, conducting pre-disbursement training, and facilitating loan disbursement.
- Collections & Recovery: Managing the timely collection of current dues and scheduled repayments while maintaining a healthy Portfolio at Risk (PAR).
- Customer Service & Training: Maintaining client relationships, addressing customer queries, ensuring group discipline, and promoting financial literacy.
- Compliance & Reporting:
Ensuring all activities adhere to internal policies and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI's Fair Practices Code), and maintaining accurate records.
