Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and converting prospects into customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and other channels.
- Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Present and explain products/services effectively to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or outbound voice process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and follow-ups effectively.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
