About the Role :

We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to be the first point of contact for our patients and ensure a smooth and positive patient experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle patient queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handle incoming patient enquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients and collect feedback regarding their experience.
- Address and resolve patient queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of patient issues.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, appointments, follow-ups, and feedback.




- Use CRM/software tools for managing patient interactions and maintaining records.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Previous experience in customer care, patient coordination, healthcare, or a similar role preferred.
- Experience using CRM software or customer management systems will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a rapid-paced healthcare environment.
