Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products meet defined quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and test incoming raw materials as per specifications.

Conduct in-process and final product testing of PVC/polymer compounds and granules.

Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with approved specifications.

Perform laboratory tests and maintain accurate test records.

Prepare and maintain COA, test reports, and quality documentation.

Identify quality deviations, investigate root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.

Coordinate with Production and R&D; teams to resolve quality-related issues.





Monitor batch consistency and maintain quality parameters.

Handle customer complaints and support technical investigation when required.

Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of laboratory testing equipment.

Maintain laboratory records, samples, and testing documentation.

Follow company quality procedures, safety standards.

Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Polymer, Plastics, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

1 year–10 years of experience in PVC, polymer, plastics, cable compound, or chemical manufacturing.

Required Skills

Knowledge of polymer/PVC testing and quality control.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of MS Excel and quality documentation.

Robust attention to detail.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Knowledge of laboratory testing equipment and procedures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
