Customer Care Officer (CCO) – Mobile Service CenterJob Description

We are looking for a Customer Care Officer (CCO) to join our Mobile Service Center team. The candidate will be responsible for customer handling, service request registration, calling, follow-ups, repair status updates, and maintaining a smooth customer service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and handle customers professionally at the service center.
- Understand customer complaints and register service requests/job sheets.
- Explain warranty terms, service procedures, repair timelines, and applicable charges.
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status and handset collection.
- Coordinate with technicians regarding handset repair updates.
- Inform customers about parts availability, repair progress, and delivery status.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally.
- Maintain customer records, calling reports, and daily service updates.
- Coordinate handset pickup and delivery.
- Perform customer follow-up after service completion.




- Support warranty extension and other applicable service offerings.
- Maintain good communication with customers and the internal service team.
- Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th Pass; Graduate candidates preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- MS Office / Excel knowledge will be an advantage.
- Valuable customer-handling and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Previous experience in a mobile service center/customer service role will be an advantage.
