Job Title: Assistant Inspection Engineer

Reports To: Inspection Supervisor / Senior Inspector

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Workdays:Monday to Saturday

Work Location: On-site / Field Job – Multiple Locations Across Ahmedabad and surrounding areas

Locations

Vadaj, Ranip, Iscon, Sarkhej, Gandhinagar, Memnagar, Shastrinagar, Nikol, Naroda, Vastral, Pragatinagar, Akhbarnagar, Chandkheda, Zundal, Bopal, Shilaj, Santej, Science City and other nearby industrial/project sites.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills and qualifications.

Job Summary

Uniquo is looking for *enthusiastic, hardworking and detail-oriented Assistant Inspection Technicians* to join our growing team.

This is a *field-based role* where you will assist senior inspectors in inspection, quality checks, measurements, documentation and safety compliance across various industrial and construction sites.

The candidate will receive practical exposure to inspection tools, equipment and inspection procedures while working under the guidance of senior inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist senior inspectors in the inspection of *materials, machinery,



cranes and equipment*

* Perform basic measurements using inspection tools such as *vernier calipers, micrometres and gauges*

* Check equipment and components as per given inspection requirements

* Identify and report defects, damages or non-conformities to the senior inspector

* Support senior inspectors during audits and site inspections

* Maintain inspection reports, checklists and other required documentation

* Follow safety standards and ensure proper handling of inspection equipment and tools

* Assist in implementing corrective actions at site

* Take basic measurements and record inspection observations accurately

* Follow instructions provided by the Inspection Supervisor / Senior Inspector

* Maintain discipline and safety practices at customer and project sites

* Travel to different industrial and construction sites as required

Who Can Apply?

Minimum Qualification: ITI in any trade*

* ITI freshers can apply

* Candidates with relevant technical/industrial experience may also apply

* Basic understanding of quality and safety practices

* Good observation and documentation skills

* Willingness to learn inspection techniques and use measuring instruments





* Willingness to work in a *100% field/site-based job*

Required Skills

* Basic understanding of *quality and safety standards*

* Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometre and gauges

* Good observation and reporting skills

* Ability to follow technical instructions

* Basic understanding of technical drawings is preferred but not mandatory

* Good communication and documentation skills

* Willingness to travel to different work sites

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
