Academy of Vedic Vidya is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Call Audit Executive – QA to join our team.

The role involves monitoring and evaluating sales calls, identifying performance gaps, ensuring process adherence, and maintaining consistent quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have excellent listening and analytical skills, a strong understanding of sales conversations, and the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback to improve individual and team performance.

- Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Call Auditing and Quality Monitoring:

- Listen to and evaluate sales calls based on defined quality parameters.
- Assess communication, sales pitch, process adherence, accuracy, and compliance.
- Identify errors, performance gaps, process deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent implementation of call quality standards.

Analysis and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate daily call audit records using MS Excel.
- Track audit findings, recurring issues, trends, and performance gaps.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality audit reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of audit findings and feedback.
- Handle large volumes of call audits while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Feedback and Performance Improvement:

- Provide clear, skilled, and actionable feedback to Sales Executives.
- Highlight areas of improvement and recommend practical solutions.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to address quality concerns.




- Support continuous improvement in sales call quality and customer interactions.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 1 -2year of relevant experience in Call Auditing, Quality Analysis, Call Monitoring, Sales Quality.
- Overall experience of 1–2 years preferred.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge is mandatory, including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Data Analysis
- Reporting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, observation, and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to objectively evaluate sales conversations.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with different teams.

PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Candidates with experience in the following environments will be preferred: EdTech

The candidate should have a strong understanding of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales processes.

Experience with LMS platforms will be an added advantage.
