We are looking for a Procurement Executive for our interior design projects who will be responsible for sourcing materials, coordinating with vendors, managing purchase orders, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for project execution. The candidate should have knowledge of interior materials, vendor management, pricing negotiation, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure interior materials such as furniture, laminates, hardware, lighting, fabrics, glass, metal works, and décor items.
- Identify and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Compare quotations and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.
- Track material delivery and ensure timely supply at project sites.
- Coordinate with design, execution, and site teams regarding material requirements.
- Monitor inventory and maintain stock records when required.
- Ensure material quality and specifications match project requirements.




- Maintain relationships with existing vendors and develop current supplier networks.
- Manage procurement budgets and cost control for projects.
- Handle billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups with accounts teams.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in interior design or construction industry.
- Knowledge of interior materials and market vendors.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and project timelines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
