Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, estimates, and rate analysis from drawings.
- Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and BOQs to determine project scope and quantities.
- Verify site measurements and prepare client, subcontractor, and final bills.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, quantities, and material consumption.
- Prepare variation statements, extra-item claims, and change orders.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and commercial negotiations.
- Maintain billing records, cost reports, and project documentation.
- Support contract administration, claims, and final account settlements.
- Prepare MIS reports and ensure accuracy of all commercial documents.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimation, billing, or commercial functions in construction projects.
- Experience in building/hospital/commercial construction will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
