Instead of just running basic ads, you need to understand skincare trends, how to explain ingredients simply, and how to sell a "skincare routine" rather than just a product.

Your Core Responsibilities

- Paid Ads (Performance Marketing): Run and scale paid ads on Instagram, Facebook, Google, and YouTube. You will manage the ad budget and focus on getting a valuable return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Online Marketplaces: Manage and boost sales on platforms like Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, Purple, and Tira. This includes optimizing listings (SEO, images, A+ content) and running platform-specific ads.
- Influencer & Content Marketing: Partner with micro and macro beauty influencers to create realistic reviews and user-generated content (UGC). Manage the social media calendar (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest).
- Customer Education & Retention:



Work with the science/product team to translate complex ingredients into simple, attractive educational content. Set up email and WhatsApp automation (like skin quizzes and refill reminders) to keep customers coming back.
- Data & Analytics: Use tools like GA4 and Shopify Analytics to see where customers drop off on the website and fix the checkout/landing pages to increase sales.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 4–7 years in digital marketing, specifically for D2C beauty, skincare, or personal care brands.
- Education: A B.Pharma degree combined with an MBA/PG in Pharma Management (e.g., from NIPER, IIHMR) is highly preferred.
- Tech Skills: Hands-on mastery of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Shopify/WooCommerce.
- The "Skincare Edge": You must genuinely understand skin health, ingredients, and how to market beauty routines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
