- Compliance & Auditing: Ensuring the facility adheres to local, state, and central safety/environmental regulations.
- Risk Assessment: Conducting routine inspections and risk assessments to identify workplace hazards and equipment malfunctions.
- Incident Investigation: Leading investigations into accidents or near-misses, determining root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
- Training & Education: Designing and delivering safety induction programs, emergency response drills, and specialized training (e.g., PPE usage, hazard communication) for staff and contractors.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
