Position Overview:-
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering sales training programs to enhance the performance of our Business Development, Counseling, and Sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:-

Training & Development:-

- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive sales training programs.
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for sales teams.
- Develop training modules on sales process, lead generation, objection handling, negotiation, closing techniques, CRM, communication, and presentation skills.
- Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.

Coaching & Performance Improvement:-

- Monitor employee performance and identify skill gaps.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
- Conduct call audits and review counseling sessions.
- Create personalized improvement plans.

Content Development:-

- Prepare training manuals, SOPs, sales playbooks, presentations, and assessments.
- Update training content regularly.




- Develop role-play exercises and case studies.

Sales Quality & Process Enhancement:-

- Analyze sales KPIs and identify training needs.
- Ensure adherence to company sales processes.
- Conduct assessments and certifications.
- Recommend process improvements.

Stakeholder Management:-

- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Marketing, and Sales Leadership.
- Support succession planning and talent development.
- Provide training effectiveness reports.

KPIs:-

- Improvement in lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Training completion rate.
- Reduction in onboarding time.
- Improvement in sales productivity.
- Training feedback scores.
- Quality audit scores.

Qualifications:-

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, Education, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- Sales Training Certification is an advantage.

Experience:-

- 3–8 years of experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, Sales Coaching, or Sales Enablement.
- Experience in Education Consulting, EdTech, BFSI, Real Estate, or Service Industries preferred.
