Zoi Hospitals is a leading healthcare organization committed to delivering quality medical care and patient-first services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to support our finance team and ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Reconcile daily cash collections from Front Office and Pharmacy (cash, card, UPI).
- Maintain bank transactions, fund reports, and cash deposits.
- Process purchase bills, invoices, and vendor payments with GST compliance.
- Handle GST entries, TDS payments, and statutory compliance.
- Perform bank and party reconciliations.
- Maintain accounts in Tally ERP and update financial records.
- Assist in salary processing and journal entries.




- Maintain records of bills, cheques, and financial documents.
- Coordinate with tax consultants for GST, TDS, and audits.
- Support annual audit and financial reporting.

Requirements

- B.Com / MBA (Finance) qualification.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (hospital/healthcare experience preferred).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
